i seem to be losing everything !!

First
my wallet my ic my smartkad and now my very important green file that i bring it everyday to school which also contains
all the latih tubi's and exam's information
DAMN IT DAMN IT

the only little bright side is that i found my smartkad
when i was searching for my wallet my ic and my green file which is still not to be found .

to top that
yesterday the paper said that for those people who want to register for another (ic)mykad
have to pay RM100-RM300
WTH?!
